As you'll be aware, there has been widespread media coverage of some of our 'Spend well, Live Smart' products and so we're experiencing unprecedented demand for stock of products such as dry:soon, Remoska, heated textiles and airfryers. We are working with suppliers and doing all we can to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Deliveries are currently taking longer than normal. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
Because of the size of some of the items we sell, some deliveries will be sent using a large delivery service. If you buy various products, they may be delivered separately.
If you have received your dispatch confirmation, you can use the tracking details to follow the progress of your parcel.
Due to unprecedented demand deliveries are taking longer than normal, please allow up to 10 working days for confirmation of dispatch. You don't have to contact us before this as we will notify you as soon as your order is despatched.

If you feel that your charitable request meets this criteria, please visit your local store or send us your request by post, marked for the attention of the People and Business Support Team, this should be accompanied by a letter on headed paper showing full details of the organisation and registered charity number if applicable.
