I got my nails slightly longer and got gels done. My nails aren’t even lengths so it feels kinda weird but they look really pretty. It’s been 3 weeks and they are still on and I work with my hands so they were attached really well.

I provided some photos and a little sketch of what I wanted, and my nail tech absolutely did an amazing job!! I got what I asked for and they only asked for $75??? Like?? I’ve paid more for less before. Definitely recommend this place. Omg this place was suggested to me by my best friend and I am not disappointed! I provided some photos and a little sketch of what I wanted, and my nail tech absolutely did an amazing job!! I went to this shop every three weeks for two years and one day I call to make my appointment as usual. A fill for my nails and pedicure for my mom. The lady asked what time I’d like to come in and I said 1pm, she said 1:30 was better. I went in for my appointment and the shop was full. After waiting for 30 minutes I asked if me and my mom would be seen soon because I needed to get back to work. The shop manager said I could either wait an additional hour to be seen or go somewhere else that could take me right away. I asked what’s the point of making an appointment if you won’t honor the time and she proceeded to tell me how busy they were and repeated that I can leave and find somewhere else. For two years I went to this place, recommended their service to my friends and that was what she told me, wait or leave after she asked me what time I wanted to come in. I haven’t been back since and to be honest I am sometimes tempted to because they really do good nail work but it’s the principle of it.

The bath water was cold, manicurist was decent and she did a decent gel service; however due to the pedicure woman was completely unprofessional and kept cutting my nail and it ended up way too short because it is a damaged nail. It only grew back out to normal length because I took care of it and other nail salons just “trimmed it”. Like I asked natural nail trimmed square shape normally for manicures. I have had this issue no other places, they also thought the look of their service was worth 80.00. It most certainly was not. Nail salons are overwhelmed right now as is, but rushing the customer not paying attention to detail and not receiving the value of the service you ask for in the first place doesn’t really make it worth it. The bath water was cold, manicurist was decent and she did a decent gel service; however due to the pedicure woman was completely unprofessional and kept cutting my nail and it ended up way too short because it is a damaged nail. Do not get your nails or pedicure done at this establishment. Poor customer service and they did a horrible job with my nails. My husband got his feet done, they told him a set price than overcharged him for his pedicure.Seriously, people don’t go here unless you want to throw your money away.Pedicure,Manicure

My roommate and I went in today for pedicures and got gel polish and they sat and talked the entire time they were doing our toes and did not pay attention when my roommate said “ow!” The lady ended up burning the top of my roommate’s foot with the gel curator. We went in and complained and they got an attitude with us and wouldn’t refund us for their mess up. Her foot is burnt and it hurts to walk on and they refuse to give us the money back. She spent $40 for them to burn her foot.

Charged me twice on 6/21/22, Lilly said I had a credit card (I have a bank card) Lilly said my money would be back 24-48hrs. It’s 6/23/23 and I still don’t have my money. You guys do great nails, I don’t know why you need to con people for more money.

Went to the one at Walmart in Christiansburg was there at 9:10 was told to come back at 10:30 for an appointment which I did set there until 11:10 before any body got started. Had one person do the acrylic and another person painting my nails I wanted a design set for 20 minutes and waited for my nails to be complete at 12:40 I got mad because they was working on people that walked in with no appointment and left me sitting. Also they have people to come by and visit with the staff and they all spoke in Korea language which I think is very rude to do in front of customers you are in the United States so you speak our language. I will never walk back in there after three hours of my time was wasted today and my nails still are not complete $55 later some people don’t value return customers as I have been going there for years word of mouth will hurt any business if you don’t treat your customers right
